Eating with Dad at Olive Garden while we wait for Mom to get home from Vancouver....
The girls turned two on June 20th! We had a birthday party here at the house with our lifegroup and other friends. Instead of gifts, we asked everyone to bring donations to help our dear, dear friends, Eric and Lauren Johnson, adopt their son from Ethiopia. It was the most special party in the world!! I hope we are able to teach them that giving really is better than receiving. In other great news, Melissa is PREGGERS! She and Wade will have another munchkin in January, so our Callie will have another cousin her age. HOO-RAY! :o) We are going to Illinois this weekend to see my grandpa, so I'm pretty excited about that. It's a long drive, but it's SO worth the precious moments we get to spend with him. We also landscaped our house with the fabulous work of Grammie!! Mom did an exceptional job, and I can't wait to post pictures of her hard work....she is the greatest landscaper in the world!!!!! Hope everyone is staying somewhat cool in the midst of this heat...love to all!!!

The girls are absolutely adorable!!!! I have to say how glad I am that they feel that clothes are overrated just like Sydney does. Who needs clothes when they're just going to make more of a mess for you to clean up. Loved the New York pictures on facebook. I cannot believe you met Gavin Degraw. That is so stinkin awesome. I'm glad he wasn't a punk. I really like his music.
Good luck with the new baby.
