Nathan and Maria....this is the daughter of one of his life-long friends. Aren't they cute together??
We have been super busy lately. We went to Austin, Texas, this past weekend for a marriage conference, and it was INCREDIBLE. We went with our best friends from church, and I don't know if I have ever laughed that hard. We are already planning our next trip to fabulous Las Vegas!!!! I say this a lot, but I feel it a lot...God has given us some incredible relationships. Eric Johnson said it best...we experience koinonea with one another...true annointed fellowship. This is not just my Sunday School class...we live LIFE together. I have lost/been separated from friends in my life through tragedy, deception, or just distance, but God has restored my heart to love FULLY, and these friends have been a part of my healing. It's amazing how having Christ as one's bond means you are NEVER truly separated...so to my sweet friends who live far away, I love you, and I'm so thankful that we'll live close in heaven. We can hang out at the pool behind my mom's mansion. :) Pray for mom...she is traveling to Tennessee to be part of a conference with David Platt and Kay Arthur! We are so proud of her and her love for the Lord. Mom, you're amazing! I know that the Spirit will speak through you, and I can't wait to hear all the stories from your conference...and I'm also excited about surprises from Tennessee. No embroidered shirts, Dad! haha...I'll post pictures of Austin soon....you Texas people get excited! ;o)
